Rachael McLean has an extensive track record as an innovative digital media leader for US and international markets focusing on technology, social media, mobile, marketing, product development across music, youth, video gaming and entertainment industries.  Rachael was involved with several digital start-ups earlier on in her career in New York, London and at  MTV Networks for 8 years as Vice President, MTVN International Digital Group. Rachael has held executive positions at Championship Gaming Series owned by Sky, DirecTV, News Corp. and prior to that Mobile Creative Director developing mobile brands with AT&T, Tony Hawk at Infospace Mobile. In 2009 Rachael was one of the founding members of JuntoBox Films a social collaborative, crowdfunding film studio that funded and produced independent films partnering with Significant Productions. Currently Head of Product & SVP, Operations at USMT Digital, a Social AI technology company focused on the micro-influencer economy that has indexed over 250 million influencers through influential content, audiences and conversations, providing marketers, brands expanded reach, monetization and engagement.
